- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the shell77 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.
- Identity verification may be required before you can make a withdrawal or before your account is fully activated.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. shell77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the shell77 support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Shell77 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or defraud the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other means to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including money laundering, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without written consent from shell77.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, harmful, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel provided on the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to areas of the platform outside the scope of a standard user account.
Shell77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspension or closure of the account.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the shell77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and belong to them.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully credited to your account cannot be reversed. shell77 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the terms displayed in the payment section of the platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed upon satisfactory identity verification and fulfilment of any rollover requirements associated with bonuses or promotions received. All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the shell77 account holder.
Shell77 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes. Users will be notified through their account's communication channel if this occurs.

Intellectual Property
All content on the shell77 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of shell77 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
Shell77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including breaches of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to applicable terms.
Any third-party links that may appear on the shell77 platform do not constitute an endorsement of or responsibility for the content of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Shell77 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
